1. What types of products do you offer at House of Nacirraw?
House of Nacirraw offers a carefully curated selection of home decor and lifestyle products, including handmade candles, unique mugs, martini glasses, bedding, wall art, and more. Our products are sourced from multiple trusted manufacturers and suppliers to ensure high quality and originality.

Shipping


2. What are your processing and shipping times?
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once processed, your order will ship within 3-11 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

3. Will my order arrive in one package?
Since our products are sourced from multiple manufacturers and suppliers, your items may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.

4. How much does shipping cost?
We offer **free shipping** on orders over $89 (before tax) within the continental U.S. For orders that don’t meet the free shipping threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that free shipping cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website (USPS, DHL, FedEx) or on our website using the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates.

6. Where is my package?
If you haven’t received your package, try these steps:
- Double-check the shipping address in your confirmation email.
- Check with your local post office or neighbors to see if they have your package.

If everything looks correct and you still don’t have your package, reach out to us at support@houseofnacirraw.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.

7. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands. We do not offer international shipping.

8. What if my package is lost, damaged, or stolen?
We offer **Route Package Protection** at checkout, which covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. If you’ve added this protection, you can file a claim to receive a replacement or refund. Route does not cover shipping fees, taxes, or duties, and does not apply to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges


9. What is your return and exchange policy?
At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if you receive the wrong item or if it arrives damaged, please contact us at support@houseofnacirraw.com with photos of the item, and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund.

10. Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
We don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, please refer to the sizing chart available for each product. In the rare case of a mislabelled item, contact us at support@houseofnacirraw.com within one week of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll resolve the issue.

11. How do I request a refund?
Refunds are only offered for incorrect or damaged items. If this applies to you, email us at support@houseofnacirraw.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.

Orders and Cancellations


12. Can I cancel my order?
You can request to cancel your order within three (3) hours of placing it by emailing support@houseofnacirraw.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. After the three-hour window, cancellations may not be acknowledged.

13. Why was my order cancelled?
In rare cases, orders may be automatically cancelled due to issues like:
- Item(s) being out of stock
- Payment processing issues
- Duplicate orders
- Inability to ship to the provided address
- Fraudulent activity

If your order is cancelled for any reason, you will receive an email with further details. If an order is cancelled on your request or due to any of these reasons, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
