Refunds, returns, cancellations and exchanges

REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND EXCHANGES

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the items you've received! We aim to provide the best experience possible, and so we take customer satisfaction very seriously. We carefully inspect each order for accuracy. However, at this time, we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@houseofnacirraw.com

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@houseofnacirraw.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color? At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@houseofnacirraw.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.

Our office will reach out within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to proceed further.

CANCELLED ORDERS

If you would like to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us within three (3) hours, during our business hours, (8am-5pm EST) by email at support@houseofnacirraw.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Orders cancelled after three (3) hours may or may not be acknowledged.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons include:

  • Item(s) not available
  • Difficulty in processing payment information
  • Duplicate order was placed
  • Cannot ship to the address provided
  • Cancelled due to customer request
  • Fraudulent orders

If for any reason your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice explaining the reason(s) for the cancellation. If you choose to cancel the shipment of any item(s), a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
