PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

FREE SHIPPING?

All orders placed over $89 before tax, shipped to an address within the continental U.S., are eligible for free shipping. For orders that do not meet the requirements, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and are only available online at www.houseofnacirraw.com.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3 to 8 business days. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation and tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. To track packages, visit www.usps.com or www.houseofnacirraw.com and input your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

House of Nacirraw, LLC is not responsible for additional duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees for orders shipped outside the continental United States.

Due to high package volumes at shipping facilities, packages may take longer to be scanned during transit. If you experience tracking issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. House of Nacirraw, LLC has no additional tracking details beyond what is provided.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

For international orders, please be aware that your country may charge import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • House of Nacirraw, LLC does not collect these fees at checkout and has no control over additional import charges.
  • Customs policies vary by country; we recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
  • If you refuse a package due to customs fees, we are unable to issue refunds for shipping costs or return fees.

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before reaching out, please:

Check your shipping confirmation email for address mistakes.
Ask your local post office if they are holding your package.
Check with neighbors in case the courier delivered it to the wrong address.

If the shipping address is correct and the package is missing, contact us at support@houseofnacirraw.com with your order number.

House of Nacirraw, LLC is not responsible for delays due to weather, incorrect addresses, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

We offer Route Package Protection, which can be added at checkout. Route covers lost, stolen, and damaged items (excluding shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes).

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route will either replace your order or issue a refund.
  • Route does not cover: customs duties, shipping fees, taxes, incorrect addresses, or delayed expedited shipments.
  • If you purchased Route Protection, you can file a claim and expect a review within 24 hours.
