PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
FREE SHIPPING?
All orders placed over $149 before tax, shipped to an address within the continental U.S. are eligible for free shipping. For orders that do not met the requirements, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping discount is not valid with other promotions discounts. Offer available online only at www.houseofnacirraw.com.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3 to 8 business days. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email to the email address provided at the time of checkout. To track packages, we recommend visiting www.usps.com or via www.houseofnacirraw.com and inputting the tracking number provided. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
House of Nacirraw, LLC is not responsible for additional duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees for orders shipped outside the continental United States.
Due to the overwhelming amount of packages at shipping facilities, packages are taking longer to be scanned during the transit process. Please reach out to the carrier if you are having issues with your tracking information. We at House of Nacirraw, LLC do not have any additional information other than what is already provided via the tracking information.
MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@houseofnacirraw.com with your order number.
House of Nacirraw, LLC is not responsible for weather-related mishaps, incorrect addresses, lost damaged, delayed, or stolen packages.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
We do however, offer Route Package Protection that may be added to your purchase at checkout. Route Package Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items. However, they only cover the subtotal of the order. If your order is considered lost, damaged or stolen, Route will place a new order on your behalf on our site or refund you for your order. They do not cover customs duties/fees, shipping costs or taxes. They also do not cover orders delivered to the wrong address entered during checkout or expedited shipments not arriving on time. You may opt out of Route Shipping Protection if you are not interested in protecting your order.
If you have opted to include Route Protection, you will be able to file a claim that will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
