PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that products may ship from multiple locations, depending on availability and warehouse stock. As a result, your order might arrive in separate packages.
FREE SHIPPING
All orders placed over $89 before tax, shipped to an address within the continental U.S., are eligible for free shipping. For orders that do not meet the requirements, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping discount is not valid with other promotions or discounts. Offer available online only at www.houseofnacirraw.com.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within 3 to 11 business days. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email to the email address provided at checkout. To track packages, we recommend visiting www.usps.com, www.dhl.com, www.fedex.com, or via www.houseofnacirraw.com and entering the tracking number provided. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
House of Nacirraw, LLC is not responsible for additional duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees for orders shipped outside the continental United States.
Due to the overwhelming number of packages at shipping facilities, packages are taking longer to be scanned during the transit process. Please reach out to the carrier if you are having issues with your tracking information. We at House of Nacirraw, LLC do not have any additional information other than what is already provided via the tracking information.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
Orders shipped outside the continental United States may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees as determined by the destination country’s customs office.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs at checkout.
- House of Nacirraw, LLC does not collect, control, or reimburse customs fees.
- Customs policies vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information.
- If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot issue refunds for shipping or return fees.
MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Before reaching out, please:
✔ Check your shipping confirmation email for address mistakes.
✔ Ask your local post office if they are holding your package.
✔ Check with neighbors in case the courier delivered it to the wrong address.
If the shipping address was correct and the package is missing, contact us at support@houseofnacirraw.com with your order number.
House of Nacirraw, LLC is not responsible for weather-related delays, incorrect addresses, lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
We offer Route Package Protection, which can be added at checkout. Route covers lost, stolen, and damaged items, but does not cover shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes.
- If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route will either replace your order or issue a refund.
- Route does not cover: customs duties, shipping fees, taxes, incorrect addresses, or delayed expedited shipments.
- If you purchased Route Protection, you can file a claim and expect a review within 24 hours.
